About
The philosophy behind browser-based tools.
Philosophy
I build browser-based tools. Every tool follows the same principles: privacy-first, no account required, runs entirely in your browser. Your data stays yours.
The web browser is the most universal platform we have. No installs, no updates, no platform lock-in. Open a URL and start working. That's the experience I'm building toward.
The Journey
It started with screenwriting. I wanted a simple, browser-based Fountain editor — no downloads, no subscriptions. So I built CoffeeDraft.
Then came the documentation. Writers needed a quick reference for Fountain syntax, so FountainFormat was born.
Now the ecosystem is growing: markdown editors, interactive fiction tools, productivity apps. Each project connects to the others. Each one teaches something new.
Tech Stack
Building for the browser means choosing the right tools for each job.
